Welcome to TAKE1 TAKE1 is a creative networking community built on the belief that creative freedom, authentic expression, and human connection are fundamental. These guidelines exist not to control creativity but to protect our community from genuine harm. We believe in maximum creative freedom within the bounds of basic human decency and applicable law. By using TAKE1 you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Follow the Law You are responsible for ensuring your use of TAKE1 complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws in your location and any location you travel to. TAKE1 does not make cultural or political judgments about legal activity. What is legal in your jurisdiction and conducted between consenting adults is your responsibility to navigate. We will cooperate with law enforcement when legally required to do so.

2. Be Who You Say You Are

• Use your real identity and represent yourself honestly
• Fake profiles and impersonation of real people or brands are not allowed
• Your profile should accurately represent your creative work and experience
• Do not misrepresent your skills, credits, or professional background
• If you share your social media handles you are responsible for ensuring they belong to you
• Impersonation of other creators or public figures will result in immediate removal

3. Respect Every Person Treat every member with basic human dignity. The following are prohibited and will result in immediate account action:

• Harassment, bullying, or sustained targeting of any individual
• Threats of violence or harm toward any person
• Content designed to humiliate, shame, or harm a specific individual
• Hate speech targeting people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, or any other protected characteristic
• Doxxing — sharing someone's private personal information without consent

4. Protect Children Absolutely Any content that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or harms minors in any way will result in immediate permanent ban and will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. This is our strictest rule with zero exceptions. Even if users are adults, content featuring minors must be appropriate, consensual where applicable, and clearly non-exploitative.

5. Mental Health and Sensitive Content We care about the wellbeing of our community. The following are not allowed:

• Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instruction for self-harm or suicide
• Content that promotes eating disorders or dangerous relationship with food or body image
