1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the TAKE1 mobile application ("App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TAKE1 ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to change our name, branding, logo, and visual identity at any time without notice. Any such changes do not affect the validity of these Terms.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use TAKE1. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe belongs to a person under 18 without notice.

3. Beta Status TAKE1 is currently in beta testing. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, policies, and functionality may change at any time without notice. The following are actively in development and will be published before public launch: full accessibility compliance, complete content moderation systems, and advanced privacy controls. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You may not share your account with any other person
• You may not create multiple accounts
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You may delete your account at any time through Privacy Settings in the App
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason

5. Acceptable Use You agree NOT to use TAKE1 to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Post content that sexually exploits or harms minors in any way
• Send unsolicited messages, spam, or engage in any form of mass solicitation
• Advertise or promote commercial products or services without our written consent
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
